Overall Key Changes in the New H2 Physics Syllabus

H2 Physics syllabus code has been updated from 9749 to 9478. ​
Practical Assessment Adjustments:
Marks allocated for practical have been reduced from 55 to 50, while maintaining a weightage of 20%.
Planning component reduced from 5% to 4%.
Manipulation, Measurement and Observation, Presentation of Data and Observations, Analysis, Conclusions and Evaluation have collectively increased from 15% to 16%.
Knowledge with Understanding now accounting for 36% from 32%
 
Note: Students now focus more on experimental execution and data analysis and lesser on planning and stresses the importance of a solid grasp of fundamental physics concepts
